Projets

  • Synthèse et extraction orientés vers la diversité et la complexité. La diversité et la complexité moléculaires sont des éléments cruciaux pour le développement de molécules innovantes à visée thérapeutique. À travers ce projet, de nouvelles approches sont proposées pour reproduire la complexité des molécules naturelles, générer de la diversité et de la complexité à partir de composés simples, et combiner des espaces chimiques différents par la modification synthétique d'extraits naturels in situ.

  • Drug design rationnel et cibles thérapeutiques complexes. Certaines cibles thérapeutiques sont complexes à modéliser, et nécessitent une expertise et des méthodes de calcul avancées. Leur étude requiert des associations innovantes entre chimie médicinale, RMN et calculs théoriques. L'objectif du projet est le développement de nouveaux inhibiteurs de métalloenzymes, d'interactions protéine-protéine, ou de multiples cibles, conçus de manière rationnelle.
